Polyvagal Theory and IFS: an Integrative Journey - 3rd Ed
Experience Deb Dana and Alexia Rothman in an integrative exploration of Polyvagal Theory and Internal Family Systems. This immersive 4-day workshop invites clinicians and healing professionals into a journey of nervous system regulation and parts work, set against the serene backdrop of Ericeira, Portugal.
From Thursday, April 16 to Sunday, April 19, 2026, participants will explore how Polyvagal concepts and IFS practices can be woven together to deepen therapeutic presence and client connection.
Day 1 (April 16): A full Polyvagal Theory immersion led by Deb Dana, focusing on clinical applications and experiential exercises.
Days 2–4 (April 17–19): Integration sessions co-led by Deb Dana and Alexia Rothman, combining didactic presentations, meditations, live demonstrations, and experiential practices to illuminate the synergy between PVT and IFS.
