  • Parla Con Deb Dana (Talk with Deb Dana): A 3-Part Live-Online Series

Rhythm of Regulation’s Italian partner, Teoria Polivagale, is hosting a special three‑session online series with Deb this fall: Parla Con Deb Dana, a training designed to explore what happens when the nervous system becomes “stuck” in particular states and how we can gently guide it back toward safety and connection.

Across three 90‑minute sessions, Deb offers practical tools, clinical insights, and polyvagal‑guided strategies for working with sympathetic activation, dorsal collapse, and trauma patterns. Each gathering includes 30 minutes of teaching followed by a full hour dedicated to Q&A, creating a spacious environment for deeper exploration and real‑time integration.

Open to both professionals and non‑professionals with a basic understanding of Polyvagal Theory, this series provides an accessible way to learn with Deb and strengthen your polyvagal‑informed practice.

The sessions will be held in English and will include simultaneous translation in Italian.

  • Perspectives on Psychotrauma: Treating Trauma Through IFS and Nervous Systems States

Join Deb and Frank Anderson for a rare two‑day training exploring how Parts Work and Polyvagal Theory can come together to support deeper, more flexible trauma treatment. Designed for clinicians working with the complexity of psychotrauma, this workshop offers an integrative lens that honors both the language of internal parts and the autonomic states that shape lived experience.

Across two days of teaching, dialogue, experiential practice, and live clinical demonstrations, Deb and Frank illuminate how their perspectives intersect in real time. How adaptive responses form, how nervous system states influence narrative and behavior, and how clinicians can read both dimensions moment‑by‑moment in session. Rather than presenting two separate models, they demonstrate how these approaches can mutually enrich one another and expand clinical choice.

This event brings together two major voices in trauma care for the first time in France, with professional simultaneous interpretation into multiple languages. Participants will leave with a more nuanced clinical map, practical tools for working with complexity, and a clearer sense of how to integrate modalities without becoming rigid or formulaic.
