The autonomic nervous system is at the heart of daily living powerfully shaping our experiences of safety and influencing our capacity for connection. In this three session series we will explore how to create an environment that supports connection and be present with clients in a way that invites them into the autonomically regulated state of safety that is necessary for successful treatment.
